How can I make an online order?
Head to the eShop: www.hkmxproducts.sg to make your
selection and order. Delivery is FREE for orders above $200. Receive assorted
gifts with your online purchase.
How can I use my DISCOUNT or PROMO CODE?
If your discount or promo code is no longer valid, the discount will not be applied to your cart.
What is the benefit of ordering online?

Do you have anything that contains less sugar, and is diabetic-friendly?
Yes, we do. HKMX’s diabetic-friendly mooncakes do not skimp on
flavour. They appeal to anyone who is looking for something much less sweet and
have become popular as gifts to those with dietary constraints. It uses
isomaltulose (Isomalt), which is a sugar alcohol that has little to no
impact on blood sugar levels and does not stimulate the release of insulin.

What are my costs for delivery?
Delivery to one location is free for all online purchases above $100, Do note that
there will be a 10% cancellation charge in all instances of cancelled online
orders.
(For any additional drop points you will be charged $12 each.)
Are the products I have purchased online from shops other than the ones identified as official resellers in Singapore authentic?
Please note that all our appointed resellers would have been identified on this website under Resellers.
Or they should bear official letters of appointment under the letterhead of Frosts Food and Beverage Pte Ltd
