1. Delivery or Collection

This form is for changes to delivery or collection arrangements ( https://forms.gle/8uhZ9JdaGNa866vu6 ). It can be submitted ONLY ONCE and only when your changed delivery date is at least 3 days from the submission of the form.


After that no changes will be entertained. If you have to make further changes we will be imposing an administrative charge of $10 per change.


Any late changes (within 72 hours from delivery/collection) has to be via email and subject to administrative charge of $10.

Please state the new time and date for the pick up or delivery. We will not be able to cater to partial delivery arrangements.


If the delivery could not be fulfilled as you were not present at the time of delivery or where you have provided an incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete delivery address, we will have to charge $12 for a re-delivery to be arranged. Or you may choose to collect your mooncakes from one of our outlets 48 hours later.


2. Cancellation of Orders


We will impose a 10% cancellation fee on all confirmed orders. The refund amount will be confirmed by email and credited back to your credit cards.


3. Returns


On the rare occasion, should our product not meet expected standards, we would appreciate the feedback within 24 hours on receipt. Stock permitting we would be able to offer a one to one replacement. If the exact product is no longer available, we will offer to replace any faulty products with products of equivalent value.


We would need to retrieve the whole of the product inclusive of the packaging for investigations.


In circumstances where a refund is offered, at our discretion, it will be limited to the value of the product in dispute and we will make the refund to the same credit card we had received payment from.


4. Insufficient Stocks and Replacement


In the unlikely event that an online order was accepted and we do not have the stocks to fulfill the order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.


We will suggest similar alternatives and the amount paid would be treated as a credit note towards the new transaction. If we are unable to agree on a satisfactory replacement, we will arrange for a refund for the full value of the product.
